� Primary Duties • Complete deliveries through the Careem platform in Abu Dhabi in a safe, timely, and professional manner • Pick up and deliver orders according to Careem and company standards • Follow all instructions provided through the Careem app and by company management ⸻ � Use of Company-Assigned Assets • Use all company-assigned equipment and resources responsibly and only for authorized work • Ensure company-assigned items are kept in proper working condition • Immediately report any damage, loss, malfunction, or incident involving company-assigned assets • Do not misuse, transfer, or allow unauthorized use of company property ⸻ � Operational Conduct • Remain active and available during assigned working hours • Accept assigned tasks and avoid unnecessary cancellations or delays • Communicate promptly with the company regarding operational issues, delays, or emergencies • Cooperate fully with the operations and fleet management team ⸻ � Compliance & Safety • Comply with UAE traffic laws, road safety rules, and company policies at all times • Follow Careem service level agreements (SLA) and performance standards • Maintain professional behavior toward customers, merchants, and Careem representatives • Avoid any action that may result in platform suspension, penalties, or reputational damage ⸻ � Attendance & Performance • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality • Inform the company in advance in case of absence or emergency • Maintain acceptable performance levels as defined by Careem and the company • Successfully complete the probation period and continue to meet performance expectations ⸻ � Confidentiality & Representation • Keep all company and Careem-related information confidential • Do not represent or work for competing delivery fleets without written approval • Act professionally as a representative of the company at all times ⸻ ✅ General Responsibility • Perform all duties in good faith and in the best interest of the company • Follow reasonable instructions issued by company management related to operations and performance
