Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Apply standard project management practices, including reporting, tracking, and stakeholder updates
- Act as Scrum Master for day-to-day team activities.
- Ensure alignment, cohesion, and high-quality delivery across multiple streams.
- Prepare professional aggregated reports for higher delivery management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth, efficient, and positive working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experienced in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with a hybrid mindset combining delivery management and agile facilitation.
- Strong hands-on technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled in structured reporting and stakeholder communication.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in mobile apps, systems, or infrastructure delivery.
- Familiarity with iLottery or gaming technology platforms.
- Background in multi-stream delivery environments.
