Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM and portal projects.
  • Manage governance, client expectations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on solutioning and proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12+ years of IT service delivery experience, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM modules and portal development.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise clients and multi-million-dollar programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia or open to relocation.
