Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers, adhering to specified routes and schedules.
- Handle packages with care, maintaining their integrity and protecting them from damage during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Operate and maintain delivery vehicles responsibly, ensuring they are clean, properly maintained, and safe for operation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Prior experience in delivery or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with local geographical areas and navigation tools is essential.
