Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delay Analysis:
    • Analyze project schedules to identify delays and disruptions.
    • Determine the causes of delays and their impact on project timelines.
  • Time Extension Claims:
    • Prepare and manage claims for time extensions based on delay analysis.
    • Ensure all claims are documented, justified, and aligned with contractual terms.
  • Schedule Evaluation:
    • Evaluate project schedules to ensure they are realistic and achievable.
    • Identify potential risks and delays in future project phases.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve delays.
    • Prepare detailed reports on delay analysis and time extension claims for senior management.
  • Contract Compliance:
    • Ensure that time-related clauses in contracts are adhered to.
    • Provide expert advice on time-related contractual matters and ensure compliance with project deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in delay analysis and project scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of delay analysis techniques such as the Critical Path Method (CPM), As-Built vs. Baseline analysis, and other industry-standard methods.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
