Job Summary:

The Retail Decorator is responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing store environments that enhance the shopping experience and promote product sales. This role involves designing and implementing decor concepts, arranging displays, and ensuring that all visual elements align with the brand's image and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

• Create innovative decor concepts for store displays, windows, and promotional areas.
• Implement seasonal and thematic decor to reflect current marketing campaigns and trends.

Visual Merchandising:

• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to develop and execute visual presentations that attract customers and drive sales.
• Ensure that all displays are in line with the brand’s guidelines and aesthetic.

Installation and Maintenance:

• Set up and dismantle displays, ensuring all decor elements are well-maintained and functional.
• Regularly inspect and refresh displays to keep the store looking inviting and up-to-date.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in the selection and procurement of decor items and props as needed for displays.
• Manage inventory levels of decor materials and maintain organization in storage areas.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with store management and staff to ensure a cohesive shopping experience.
• Train staff on maintaining visual standards and decor elements.
