Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Decision Advisory

Contribute to the growth of a leading insight and advisory unit, proactively defining use cases to support ZATCA s strategic pillars
Participate in the scoping of requests, support other departments by analysing and prioritizing strategic initiatives and provide domain expertise
Dissect complex problems, adopt hypothesis-driven approaches, conduct pragmatic analyses, synthesize findings, and prepare top-down presentations with a clear storyline
Take responsibility for identifying information sources, gathering data, generating insights, and present findings in the most suitable format
Conduct primary and secondary research & analysis, identifying impactful insights to support strategic recommendations
Provide solid business judgment to derive answers in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published
Use business sense to develop advisory reports and support senior stakeholders in decision making
Reactively respond to stakeholder requests, by preparing short pieces of analysis or reports (data analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.)
Support and advise other departments in delivering on ZATCA s strategic objectives
Clearly communicate your findings, both internally and externally, to ensure strong engagement and outcome
Act as a point of contact for other departments and provide on-going support to deliver on ZATCA s strategic objectives
Organize and run organization-wide awareness sessions, elaborating on key insights developed within Decision Advisory
Develop, implement, and track solutions to improve stakeholder s satisfaction and adoption of developed recommendation

Organization and Operations

Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
Perform other duties as requested

People Management

Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable
Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff
Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent is required
Master s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent is preferred
