Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CDP in preparing and producing bakery and pastry items.
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry area.
  • Support in inventory control and storage of ingredients.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years working as a DCDP in a 5-star property or fine dining restaurant, with bakery and pastry knowledge.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
