Data Steward of the Buy FH Process

The Group Purchasing Department (DAG) needs to strengthen its Data team in order to improve decision-making and optimize purchasing management at the Group level.

The significant activities, within the scope of the responsibilities exercised, are:

• Apply the established rules on data management and implement performance indicators to monitor compliance with the established rules;
• Define the rights to update and use the data;
• To lead the co-constructed data progress plan, notably with the Group Purchasing Data Manager, to ensure the performance of the Purchasing process;
• To control data quality (to manage data correction by the business units);
• Keep the data classification register up to date in the data cataloging tool;
• Ensure aspects related to data security and compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, export control);
• Contribute to the data cataloging action led by the Group Purchasing Data Manager;
• Sharing best practices within a peer community and contributing to the harmonization of data documentation rules.

Finally, he will have to provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing PowerBI reports, as backup to the DAG Data Analyst.
