Your Role We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting insights from complex datasets, building predictive models, and supporting data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities of this role: Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources. Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes. Create visualizations and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders. Continuously monitor model performance and update models as needed. Document methodologies, experiments, and results for reproducibility and knowledge sharing. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, preferably in a manufacturing context. Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or matplotlib. Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data wrangling. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and big data technologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
