Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect, clean, preprocess, and
analyze large and diverse datasets from internal systems and
client solutions.

Build and deploy machine learning models
using Python, Zoho Catalyst Functions, and Zia AI (classification,
regression, time series, clustering, NLP).

Design and maintain automated
data pipelines and workflows using Zoho Catalyst, Data Store,
and Flow.

Translate complex data findings into
clear business insights using Zoho Analytics dashboards and
reports.

Work closely with engineering, product,
and business teams to integrate intelligent features and real-time
analytics into our solutions.

Lead internal telemetry analytics
projects, replacing legacy systems like Cribl, S3, and external BI
tools.

Evaluate and monitor model performance,
retrain and optimize as needed using MLOps best practices.

Coordinate with
technical and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy,
security, and compliance.

Research and prototype new AI
technologies relevant to our ICT and automation sectors.

Prepare and deliver
data analysis presentations for stakeholders and executive
leadership.

Continuously enhance data science tools,
documentation, and team knowledge through structured training and
mentoring.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data
science, machine learning, or AI development roles.
Proficient in Python or R
with strong knowledge of ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost,
TensorFlow, etc.).
Experience with Zoho tools including Catalyst, Analytics,
Flow, and DataPrep is a strong plus.
Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra,
probability, and data wrangling techniques.
Hands-on experience with data
visualization and storytelling (Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or
Tableau).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and API integrations,
preferably Zoho Catalyst or AWS.
Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), ETL
processes, and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention
to detail and data integrity.
Proven ability to manage multiple data projects
with tight deadlines and evolving scope.
Effective communication skills in both
English and Arabic; ability to explain complex data topics to
non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in working with real-time or telemetry data
is highly preferred.
Experience in deploying models in production environments or
within low-code platforms is a plus.
Candidate must have their own laptop.
