Main Missions 

1. Strategic Analysis:
   • Identify key trends in the Italian market (customer segmentation, competitive analysis).
   • Translate business needs into data usage (e.g., personalization of the offer, sales forecasting).
2. Modeling & Deployment:
   • Design and train predictive models (ML/NLP) on structured/semi-structured data.
   • Integrate solutions into the customer's technical ecosystem (API, AWS/GCP cloud).
3. Data Valorization:
   • Create interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for local teams.
   • Synthesize the results for management (reports in Italian/English).
4. Conformity:
   • Ensure compliance with GDPR and local Italian regulations.

Required Profile

• A profile that lives in Italy or has worked with the Italian market (end client)

Comp tences Techniques :

• Expertise av r e en Data Science : ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow), analyse statistique, Big Data (PySpark, SQL).
• Concrete experience on the Italian market :
  • Analysis of Italian customer/consumer data, or
  • Direct collaboration with Italian end customers (retail, banking, etc.).
• Proficiency in tools: Python/R, analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy), cloud database management.

Soft Skills :

• Ability to collaborate with non-technical teams (marketing, sales management).
• Pedagogy to train end users on the tools deployed.
• Adaptability to Italian cultural and regulatory contexts.
