Job Description

We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist M/F , on a permanent contract in Tunis.

Assigned to the integration department and in direct contact with the BU managers in France, your missions are:

  • Analyze the migration needs of the group's new entities.
  • Map data sources and define transformation rules to target platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, MySepteo, RedSuite, SideTrade).
  • Build and execute ETL pipelines to extract, transform and load data.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and traceability of migrated data.
  • Participate in the industrialization of migration processes: automation, documentation, standardization.

Comp tences techniques:

  • Data manipulation : Excel, Google Sheets, CSV, JSON.
  • Bases de donn es : SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL ou quivalents).
  • ETL tools : Knowledge and practice of at least one ETL (Talend, Pentaho, SSIS, etc.).
  • Programming : Proficiency in Python (data processing scripts).
  • Quality & Governance : Sensitivity to issues of quality, consistency and traceability of data.
  • AI / Automation : Curiosity and ability to use AI assistants in a productive setting.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent French; English an asset).
  • Ability to popularize technical subjects to non-technical teams.
  • Analytical mind and rigor, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
  • P dagogy, patience and sense of customer service.
  • Adaptability to various contexts (multiple sectors, legacy systems).

Desired Candidate Profile

You have 2 to 5 years of experience in data migration, Business Intelligence (BI), data engineering or data analysis.

  • You have worked on migration projects to CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) or ERP solutions.
  • Experience in post-merger and acquisition (post-M&A) integration is a real asset.
