Job Description
To ensure accurate input, update, and maintain patient and clinic data within electronic systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Enter patient demographic, medical, and appointment data into clinic databases accurately and timely.
- Update and maintain electronic and paper records to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Verify data accuracy and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist with generating reports and extracting data as needed for administrative use.
- Support clinic staff by providing timely access to patient information.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data in compliance with privacy laws and clinic policies.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate data flow.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard patient privacy at all times.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments with their requested doctors as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- College Diploma - Any discipline or related fields
- Experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and database management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
