Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Enter patient information into our electronic database system accurately and efficiently.
Review and verify all data for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all data is entered according to established policies and procedures.
Maintain patient data confidentiality at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Assist with record maintenance, archiving, and retrieval as needed.
Identify and report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies to superiors.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent, additional certification or education in data entry or healthcare is an asset.
Proven experience as a data entry operator in a healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
