Roles & Responsibilities
Enter customer information into the CAS system from application forms and supporting documents
Maintain productivity and performance reports for submission to the manager
Support day-to-day office tasks and documentation requirements in the unit
Ensure compliance with FAB s credit SOPs, audit requirements, and reporting guidelines
Deliver accurate data entry within set turnaround times (TAT) and maintain zero error standards
Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency
Adhere strictly to FAB s policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Banking, Business, or a related discipline
Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills with a focus on compliance and process adherence
Professional communication and teamwork abilities
