Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain data related to Emirati national affairs, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to local regulations.
  • Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents, promptly correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and other digital records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Process and track government-related documentation, adhering to specific Emirati government protocols and deadlines.
  • Prepare and generate reports on data entry activities, highlighting key trends and insights relevant to the Emirati context.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and validate information, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Emirati cultural nuances and sensitivities in all data-related activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols, specific to Emirati context.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and improvements, tailored to Emirati needs.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties, within the Emirati context.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Emirati National with a strong understanding of Emirati culture and values.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role, preferably within the UAE.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a focus on data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to enter data efficiently and error-free.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken) to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and respect.
