Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
Ensure accurate data entry, proper documentation control, and systematic archiving of financial and operational records to support smooth departmental workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Enter data accurately into accounting system.
· Scan, label, and archive documents (physical and digital) using the established filing structures.
· Maintain organized, up-to-date records for easy retrieval.
· Support the Finance team with documentation requests, reports, and basic administrative tasks.
· Perform routine data checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
· Handle confidential information with strict discretion.
Benefits:

Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; background in accounting, administration, or records management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment (scanners, copiers, filing systems).
- Ability to follow structured processes, maintain confidentiality, and work reliably with repetitive tasks.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work within a discreet, high-standard private office environment.
