Data Center Specialist

Carry out activities to ensure the smooth operation of all infrastructure systems, including power, cooling, networking, security, and environmental controls.

Implement all back up plans and Disaster Recovery in cooperation with other Service Delivery Department Manager to meet various SLA requirements.

Monitor the proper maintenance of data center facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations and in compliance with the ODP policies on a day to day basis.

Coordinate with vendors for timely support and fixes to ensure data center operation downtime is maintained as zero

Create customized customer reports by data collected from managed Data Center tools.

Assist in troubleshooting and managing of Data center operations.

Skills:

• knowledge of data center infrastructure including network, cabling, air-conditioning etc .
• Previous experience in using tools for DC management monitoring.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
