Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure traceability and version control of all reporting assets, templates, and technical assessment related to CEA (SCA).
  • Develop dashboards and trackers for supplier qualification, audit findings, project milestones, and technical assessment related to CEA (SCA).
  • Support in Develop technical scoring models and reporting templates that standardize capability evaluation across various commodities. Engage with Engineering to analyze production drawings, technical specs, and process flows to verify supplier compatibility and propose improvements.
  • Consolidate cross-functional inputs (Engineering, Quality, Procurement and SC) into structured Data Sheet.
  • Automate recurring data reporting using digital tools and analytics platforms used within DFAM to be captured through interaction meeting, SCA assessments and MRB s
  • Maintain central documentation for technical capability assessments SCA, FAT outcomes, and ICV supplier contributions.
  • Support, develop and execute supplier capability enhancement programs, including training, co-investment in new technologies.
  • Assist the Strategic Capability Lead with performance data during supplier readiness reviews.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of supplier capability assessments, ensuring timely coordination between internal stakeholders (SC, ENG) and external vendors for CNC, PCBA, and Cable & Harness categories. Maintain structured documentation repositories, including capability dashboards, qualification trackers, and supplier risk logs, for cross-functional access and review.

  • 3 5 years in industrial reporting, analytics, or supply chain data systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Role Purpose: To develop and manage data systems and reporting tools that support supplier qualification, industrial capability tracking, and manufacturability analytics across CNC, PCBA, and Cable & Harness domains. The role ensures timely visibility into project progress, supplier performance, and risk indicators, enabling informed decision-making across CEE initiatives.
