Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and BI consultants across
multiple client projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and validate
data and analytics requirements.
Architect and oversee the development of data pipelines, data
models, and analytical solutions.
Manage pre-sales cycle
Responsible for the Development plan for the team and acquiring
needed vendors certifications.
Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, quality,
and documentation.
Foster a culture of continuous learning through cross-training and
certifications in emerging technologies.
Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external
partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
7-10 years of professional experience in Data Analytics,
Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
At least 2+ years of leadership or team management
experience.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with major
RDBMS systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Data Engineering life cycle ( Data
modeling, Data warehousing, Data integration, Data Visualization &
Reporting).
Proficiency in Python or other scripting/programming
languages (e.g., Bash, Java).
Knowledge in machine learning, predictive analytics, or
data science frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage
multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with
minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and
written).
Master s degree in
Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field.
Knowledge of Tableau products, server deployment, and
administration.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure,
or GCP).
Familiarity with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow,
Databricks, etc.).
Certifications in Tableau, BI or
Data Engineering technologies.
