Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Data Analytics - Consultant to play a key role in developing scalable analytics solutions and delivering strategic insights to clients. This position requires technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to work on end-to-end analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced Data Modeling & Analytics: Design and implement efficient data models using dimensional modeling techniques.
  • Data Pipeline Development & Optimization: Build and maintain data pipelines to enable automated data extraction, transformation, and processing.
  • Business Intelligence & Dashboarding: Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to drive decision-making.
  • Client Advisory & Digital Transformation: Work with clients to identify data challenges, recommend solutions, and implement analytics best practices.
  • End-to-End Project Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of analytics projects, from requirement gathering to UAT and go-live.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Provide updates, insights, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements through data-driven strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Expertise in SQL, data transformation, and dimensional modeling.
  • Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, , SAP Analytics Cloud or other business intelligence platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with data pipeline development and automation.
  • Very good command of English (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and handle multiple projects.
What Will Set You Apart? (Pluses!)
  • Good business acumen in one or more business domains such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HCM, Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain, Financial Analysis, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Datasphere.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript or Python for analytics.
  • Knowledge in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
  • Knowledge with SAP BW and SAP HANA Modeling.
  • Understanding of SAP BTP for cloud-based analytics solutions.
