PURPOSE OF JOB

We are looking for a professional to manage profitability models by working with Cards Business, Finance, and Accounting to build the monthly P&L. The role also involves collaborating with DWH and Data Science teams to automate reporting using data visualization tools like Tableau, ensuring full automation within 12 months

TASKS

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Manage Profitability Models Gather inputs from Cards Business, Finance, and Accounting to build the monthly P&L.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial modeling and reporting.
• Support Automation Efforts Coordinate with DWH and Data Science teams to enhance profitability models using data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Ensure Data Accuracy Validate inputs and outputs to maintain consistency and reliability in financial reporting.
• Educate & Transition Train and hand over the process to the Cards team for long-term maintenance and sustainability.

Knowledge and Experience

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, and profitability analysis; familiarity with Cards Business is a plus.
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Cards Business, and Data teams.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and basic data handling.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks with autonomy.
• Experience in process automation and training teams for long-term maintenance.

Mandatory Skills**

• Arabic speaker
• Basic understanding of profitability concepts, financial modeling, and P&L management.
• Knowledge of Cards Business operations and key financial drivers.
• Familiarity with data automation processes and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
