Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Data Analysis: Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to track product performance, sales team output, and customer buying patterns.

2. Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to monitor key sales metrics.

3. Forecasting & Demand Planning: Assist in creating sales forecasts by analyzing historical sales trends, seasonal fluctuations, and consumption patterns.

4. Customer Insights: Evaluate customer buying behavior, product preferences, and account performance to support targeted sales strategies.

5. Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Provide insights on fast/slow-moving products to coordinate with supply chain and avoid overstock or stockouts.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis: Research competitor pricing, promotions, and product availability to support pricing strategies and positioning.

7. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, provide performance feedback, and create territory-based reports.

8. CRM & ERP Data Integration: Extract and process data from systems like JDE, SAP, or CRM tools to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting.

9. Campaign Analysis: Measure the impact of sales campaigns and product launches on revenue and market share.

10. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all data and reports comply with internal standards and relevant pharmaceutical distribution regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Pharmacy, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.

Experience in MS Office (Excel - Vlookup , PIVOT Table, MACROS etc., Word, Power Point etc.),
