 About the Role:

Khyal Studio is looking for a Data Analyst who can dive deep into numbers and deliver insights that shape our entire business. From marketing campaigns to financial performance and operational efficiency, you ll be responsible for providing actionable intelligence that helps guide our agency s decision-making and client reporting.

 What You ll Do:

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across all platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Track and report on company-wide KPIs, including financial health, client retention, and departmental performance
• Develop dashboards and automated reports for internal management and client reporting using tools like Looker Studio, Power Bi, Tableau, GA4, Excel, and others
• Provide insights into cost optimization, profitability, and ROI on service lines and campaigns
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning through data modeling and forecasting
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in internal operations using data
• Clean, organize, and maintain data integrity across systems and tools
• Present complex findings in clear, easy-to-understand reports and visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders

 Requirements:

• Saudi Nationality (mandatory)
• 4+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, business performance metrics, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Sheets/Excel, Power BI, Tableau
• Experience with data visualization, KPI dashboards, and performance benchmarking
• Bilingual in Arabic & English
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams
• Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability through data
