Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends in employee performance, attrition, and engagement, providing actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs, such as training and development, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to understand their data needs and translate them into data analysis projects.
  • Manage and maintain the HR data warehouse, ensuring data integrity and security, and develop data governance policies.
  • Perform data mining and data cleansing to ensure the quality and reliability of HR data for reporting and analysis.
  • Create and present compelling data visualizations and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast employee turnover and other HR-related metrics, enabling proactive decision-making.
  • Automate HR reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
  • Stay updated with HR data privacy regulations and ensure compliance in all data analysis activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR data analysis or a related analytical role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis is required.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a must-have skill.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and identify meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
