Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Car Rental Group. The role involves compiling, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of operational and customer data to support management in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will help transform raw data into actionable insights that improve fleet utilization, customer experience, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collect, consolidate, and manage large datasets from rental operations, fleet management, and customer interactions.
· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth.
· Prepare management reports, dashboards, and visualizations to aid strategic decision-making.
· Provide actionable insights to optimize fleet utilization, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
· Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
· Continuously improve data collection, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in rental, logistics, or operations-driven businesses.
· Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
· Ability to work with high volumes of operational data and summarize insights for management.
· Strong communication skills to present data-driven recommendations.
· Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with rental or fleet management data.
· Knowledge of forecasting, KPI analysis, and operational metrics.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
