Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analyses.
  • Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven strategies across various departments.
  • Assist in designing and conducting experiments or A/B tests to measure business outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in data analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • 0-3 years of experience in a data analysis or related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an open-office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
