Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Collect, organize, and manage large volumes of technical and operational data.

* Validate and verify data accuracy, completeness and consistency.

* Digitize and maintain structured records for engineering and project documentation.

* Prepare summary reports, spreadsheets and analytical dashboards.

* Coordinate with engineering and document control teams for data alignment.

* Support internal audits, reviews and data integrity checks.

* Ensure all data entry and documentation meet company and client standards.

* Assist in identifying and correcting data gaps or inconsistencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Diploma or Technical Degree in Engineering, Data Management, or a related discipline.

* 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, document control, or technical data management.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.

* Strong command of MS Excel, data management systems and document organization tools

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Access, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.

* Previous experience in oil & gas or industrial projects is a plus.

* Available to join immediately, preferably within the UAE.
