Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cost Control & Analysis:
    • Calculate and analyze the cost of raw materials (coffee, milk, other ingredients) and the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for finished products.
    • Review and audit periodic inventory lists for all branches and identify any stock variances (Waste & Loss).
    • Develop pricing mechanisms and analyze the profit margin for each item.
  • Daily Accounting & Reconciliation:
    • Accurately record and audit all daily revenues and expenses (Daily Sales/Cash Reconciliation).
    • Monitor cash movement and sales through the Point of Sale (POS) System.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on costs, profits, losses, and cash flows.
    • Assist in preparing budgets and tracking actual performance against them.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Restaurant/Caf or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  3. Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level) and experience with ERP systems or specialized accounting software.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and analyze financial variances.
  5. Ability to work systematically and efficiently under tight deadlines.
