Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document retail requirements.
- Configure and customize D365 Commerce modules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement technical solutions, including integrations and customizations.
- Provide support for POS, store operations, pricing, promotions, inventory, and omni‑channel processes.
- Perform functional and technical testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth UAT/go‑live.
- Train end users and prepare functional documentation.
- Ensure system changes adhere to best practices and change‑management processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience:
- · Minimum 3–5 years’ experience with D365 Retail/Commerce (POS, Store Operations, HQ setup).
- · Strong understanding of retail processes (sales, promotions, loyalty, inventory, pricing).
- · Experience with D365 configuration, workflows, and customization.
- · Knowledge of integrations with payment gateways, ERP modules, and e‑commerce platforms.
- · Ability to write functional specs, review technical designs, and validate development work.
- · Good knowledge of SQL, Power Platform, and basic X++ preferred.
- · Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- · Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant Associate.
- · Experience in multi‑country or multi‑store retail rollouts.
