Cybersecurity Technology Professional Service Engineer - Contractor

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Technology Professional Services Engineer with specialized expertise in implementing and managing advanced cybersecurity solutions for cyberani customers. This role requires an understanding of cybersecurity technologies, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to lead projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:

Security Technology Implementation

Deploy, configure, and fine-tune a variety of cybersecurity technologies based on customer-specific architectures and business requirements also, collaborate with team members and project managers to align technical workstreams with overall delivery plans.

Customer Support & Operations - Provide technical support to cyberani customers for deployed security solutions and support for root cause analysis, and post-implementation troubleshooting. - Integration services Develop and support integrations between security platforms.

Knowledge Sharing Support team members by documenting all lessons learned and best practices based on technical troubleshooting and contribute and to updating internal knowledge bases and technical playbooks.

Documentation & Compliance Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including design diagrams, configuration guides, and support runbooks.

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.

2+ years of experience with implementing and managing different cybersecurity solutions.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Solid understanding of infrastructure solutions (Network, Servers, storage, hypervisor,...) and network protocols (RDP, SSH, LDAP, ...).

Familiarity with system hardening techniques and secure configuration standards.

Relevant certifications in Cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, IAM, NAC,...)

Cybersecurity certifications like CEH, Security+.
