The CS Technology Professional Service Director is responsible for overseeing all delivery activities including design, implementation, and maintenance of the Cybersecurity Projects, including Infrastructure Data, Endpoint, storage, and cloud related cybersecurity solutions. This role ensures that all implementations and support activities are executed efficiently, meet high standards, and align with Cyberani customers needs and industry best practices. The Director acts as the primary escalation point for high impact issues, drives continuous improvement, and ensures cross functional coordination between engineering, operations, and account management teams.

• Project Execution & Technical Leadership

Own the full lifecycle of security solution delivery from requirements gathering and design to go-live and ongoing support and Act as the technical lead on complex multi-phase projects, ensuring milestones are met.

• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing

Mentor Professional services engineers and provide guidance on best practices and technical troubleshooting and validate all internal knowledge bases and technical playbooks.

• Team Management & Development

Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary team of cybersecurity Professional services engineers and technical consultants, Also Identify skill gaps and training needs and support staff development and certification programs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, GRC, SOC, and Product teams to ensure service alignment across delivery, also support solution development, proposal creation, and RFP responses from a service capability perspective.

• Quality Assurance

Establish performance metrics and ensure accountability through regular review and enforce delivery standards, best practices, and monitor service KPIs and SLAs also initiate corrective actions for any deviations.

• Resource Planning

Forecast demand, plan, develop and manage budgets and staffing related to cybersecurity service delivery also optimize resource allocation across projects based on skillsets and priorities.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications (Preferred): CCNP, CISM, ITIL, and CISSP.
• 7+ years in Cybersecurity field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of deployment of cybersecurity solutions On-premise and cloud environments like (OCI, Azure, GCP).
• Soft skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
