Responsibilities

• Assist group companies in planning and executing IT and Cyber Security audits, ensuring comprehensive risk coverage and alignment with broader audit frameworks.
• Conduct in-depth assessments against the CIS Framework and other standards; monitor and coordinate action plan implementation to achieve targeted maturity levels, preparing detailed gap and risk reports.
• Provide expert guidance on policies, procedures, and regulatory alignment; advise on best practices, emerging trends, and security control effectiveness to strengthen overall cyber posture.
• Support compliance with relevant Cyber Security regulations and standards, offering interpretation and implementation guidance across the organization.
• Monitor and assess IT and Cyber Security operational risks, ensuring timely escalation and effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with assurance functions.
• Partner with the Group Digital Assurance Manager to integrate Cyber Security operations with strategic objectives; foster cooperation among Cyber Security, IT, and assurance teams for unified risk management.
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance IT and Cyber Security awareness and skills across group companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Audit, Cyber Security operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Cyber Security frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in Cyber Security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IT and Cyber Security audit processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
