Cyber Security Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables for cybersecurity initiatives as per defined budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. (e.g., NCA ECC, OTCC, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Manage vendors, stakeholders, and project documentation.
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate security assessments, audits, as part of projects.
• Implement best practices in project management and continuous process improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering/technology or related field.
• 5+ years of IT or cybersecurity project management experience.
• Proven track record managing complex cybersecurity projects (e.g., firewall, IDS/IPS deployments, SIEM implementations, security awareness programs).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.
• Project management with security certification preferred (PMP, CISSP, CISM, or CISA).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
