Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Receiving and sorting documents to prepare a customs transaction; opening a file; translating and classifying the transaction; breaking down weights and values to ensure accurate data entry; registering customs information on the Fasah platform to print the customs declaration and initiate procedures; following up with customs brokers to finalize clearance, payment, and delivery procedures; monitoring the carrier and scheduling delivery to the client according to the contract; closing service invoices; and following up on receivables with accounting, the client, and management on a weekly basis or as per the client's contract. Preparing reports on services and development needs, even if only as a reminder based on work experience and a sense of responsibility towards subordinates in evaluation and development; and addressing obstacles to ensure smooth workflow while adhering to the company's occupational safety procedures.
Qualification:
At least three years of experience in customs clearance
Proficiency in both Arabic and English, speaking and writing
At least two years of experience in the field of contracting
The ability to generate daily and weekly reports in both Arabic and English.
The ability to lead and motivate a team
