Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
You will support schools using our software system, helping them solve technical issues and get the most out of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to school staff using our system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
- Escalate bugs or complex cases to the development team.
- Guide customers on how to use system features effectively.
- Document and track issues until resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.
