Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Support Specialist

Horizons, a sister company of a top-notch US dental clinic, is seeking confident and assertive Customer Service agents for our call center office.

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or Video calls.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • You will be working from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am in our Nasr City, Cairo office
  • Providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, social media, and video calls.
  • Fixed two days off on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone or email.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Writing Emails.
