Roles & Responsibilities
- Ready to handle and respond to customer inquiries in a consistent manner.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Reach out to other departments regarding customer needs.
- Accurately record data and updates on the company's system.

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- Professional, confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP systems.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate is a prerequisite.
- Must be a resident of Alexandria only.
