Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert skincare support and product guidance to professional clients via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist the CEO in managing bookings and coordinating communications with clients
  • Conduct remote training sessions for beauty professionals to ensure correct product usage
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify and act on upselling opportunities (commission-based)
  • Handle daily operations such as follow-ups, coordination, and performance tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Certified Beauty Therapist or equivalent experience in aesthetics/skincare
  • 1 5 years of experience in customer/client support, ideally in a beauty-related environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with Korean skincare is a strong advantage
