Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert skincare support and product guidance to professional clients via email, chat, and phone
- Assist the CEO in managing bookings and coordinating communications with clients
- Conduct remote training sessions for beauty professionals to ensure correct product usage
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Identify and act on upselling opportunities (commission-based)
- Handle daily operations such as follow-ups, coordination, and performance tracking
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certified Beauty Therapist or equivalent experience in aesthetics/skincare
- 1 5 years of experience in customer/client support, ideally in a beauty-related environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with Korean skincare is a strong advantage
- Fully remote, flexible work environment
