Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Support
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Request missing information and guide clients through required steps in their application process.
Maintain a client-first approach, providing timely updates and reassurance throughout the process.
Application & Documentation Handling
Prepare, complete, and review government and program-specific forms with accuracy.
Collect, verify, and organize client documents in compliance with program and legal requirements.
Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure all data is handled securely.
Data Entry & Reporting
Accurately input client data into internal systems and CRM platforms.
Generate status reports and maintain up-to-date application records.
Administrative & Team Support
Assist case managers and operations teams with scheduling, filing, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 3 years experience in:
Customer support, data entry, or administrative roles.
Experience with government documentation, immigration, or legal services is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a strong plus for international clients).
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
Ability to work discreetly with sensitive client information.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field preferred.

Highly reliable, proactive, and able to work to tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity and discretion.
Calm and composed under pressure, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
