Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via emails, calls, chats, and social media
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent French and English skills (C1-C2 for both spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support
- Hands-on experience with chats, emails, calls, and social media support
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with Gorgias
- Background in hardware support
