StemeXe is a cutting-edge, zero-code platform designed to accelerate digital transformation. It enables users to create custom digital solutions swiftly and efficiently, leveraging an extensive app store filled with natively integrated models and applications.
Job Purpose
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they successfully adopt, utilize, and gain maximum value from our software. This role combines account management, onboarding, support escalation, and strategic partnership to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth setup, training, and integration of our software.
Develop and deliver product demos, training sessions, and best practice guides.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and users to understand their needs and challenges.
Proactively engage clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team to influence roadmap and improvements.
Coordinate with support and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Drive customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or modules.
Prepare and deliver periodic business reviews to showcase value and ROI.
