Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Maintain effective communication with customers throughout quoting and order execution for repair, refurbishment and rental services.
  • Process workorders and related entries in the ERP system.
  • Manage physical and system movement of rental assets.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment of parts, components, materials and equipment including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Collaborate and maintain effective teamwork with internal teams including service operations, sales, logistics and finance
  • Dispatch field and workshop technicians, prepare time reports and assist with travel arrangements
  • Procure tools, equipment and supplies for operations; collaborate with suppliers.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and related procurement.
  • Provide administrative support for in-country employees and visitors.
  • Track operational KPIs and prepare management reports.

  • College or university degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in operations or sales support.
  • Good knowledge of logistics processes and documentation: transportation, import/export and international trade, including GCC customs regulations.
