Roles & Responsibilities
We invite dynamic individuals, both fresh graduates and experienced professionals, to join our passionate team and play a vital role in driving our sales success.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers when required.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and sales-related documents accurately.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- UAE National with Family Book
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing high-quality service.
- Proficiency in English & Arabic (verbal and written)
