Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Task Description:
  • Supervise and guide the customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely
    and professional manner.
  • Provide daily operational support to the team, including workload allocation, shift management,
    and performance monitoring.
  • Foster a positive and proactive work environment, encouraging teamwork and high levels of
    motivation among the team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and improvements in service
    quality.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues or service complaints, resolving them
    quickly and effectively.
  • Communicate with customers regarding catering services, ensuring clarity of information and
    managing expectations appropriately.
  • Ensure that all service procedures and policies are followed in line with company guidelines,
    including handling special requests, dietary preferences, and urgent deliveries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Atleast high school graduate.
  • 1-2 years experience in catering, buffet, cruise ship and airline catering services.
  • Good English communication skills.
