Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, invoices, and customer data accurately.
- Coordinate with sales reps, logistics, and finance teams.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM and sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate English level.
