What you need for this position

  • The ability to troubleshoot and manage simple software.

  • A problem-solving attitude.

  • Proficiency in computer tools - Microsoft products, Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Proven customer service skills.

  • Positive, enthusiastic and supportive.

  • Effective keyboarding skills.

  • Ability to take ownership of requests and resolutions.

  • Ability to communicate and type.

  • Knowledge of the customer's product is an advantage.

  • Specific training and/or professional experience in contact center management, sales strategies and sales techniques is an advantage.

  • English level C+.
