Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Our Customer Service Representative plays a vital role as the primary contact for coordinating with customers to promote and manage spare parts sales within the Coperion product portfolio. The candidate will leverage their commercial and technical expertise to support customers, help achieve sales targets and foster enduring customer relationships.
Responsabilities:
- Upon receiving Request for Quotes from clients, initiate the internal process to clarify both technical and commercial requirements in aftersales.
- Prepare accurate and timely technical and commercial quotations, ensuring clear identification of the customer s requested spare parts.
- Follow up with clients via phone and email to provide additional support or address further requirements, facilitating the receipt of purchase orders for the quotations provided and achieving order intake goals.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for actively selling the full range of Coperion products, aiming to meet the company's sales targets.
- Contribute actively to achieving monthly sales targets in line with company objectives & guidelines.
- Analyze historical customer purchasing patterns and identify competitive threats, then develop strategic plans to enhance the company's market position.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Machinery Sales with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written). Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Proven experience with extrusion systems, pneumatic conveying, and feeding systems within the petrochemical or compounding industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn Coperion s ERP and reporting systems.
- Demonstrated professionalism with a focus on delivering high-quality work efficiently
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and technologies rapidly.
- Ability to set high performance standards and work proactively.
- Initiative-driven team player with a collaborative approach
