Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (M/F) you will be responsible for managing calls from our client,
- Provide a very high quality service by expertly handling customer calls.
- Assist customers, provide real added value to each interaction and leave them with a positive impression that meets the requirements of our Company.
- Systematically assess customer needs, address them, and exceed their expectations.
You provide each of them with a warm and personalized welcome, and develop a special relationship with them.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience required in customer service and in managing a client portfolio
- Perfect command of the French language, with good fluency in both speaking and writing.
- Excellent sense of argumentation.
- Business logic.
- Real sense of listening.
- Empathize any evidence.
- Passionate about digital marketing
